@WilliamBBarnes Hi William, at the moment unless you receive an SMS with a direct link to book online (for example for a flu jab) booking is through the myGP app. Hope that helps

@myGP_app I was directed to you by my GP, but I can't understand how to sign up. The right thing on your website appeared to lead to mygp/ticket but that gave a 404 error. Has your company ceased trading or just neglected it's website? Hope you can help.

@WilliamBBarnes Hi, the myGP app is fully operational, the feature myGP TICKet is no longer available within the app (mygp.com/faq/mygp-ticke…) but the app functionality for booking appts, ordering scripts & viewing records is fully available.

Looking again at the homepage, it appears you want to connect with users only by your app. If your web-interface is no longer supported, it would be better to remove the links to it.

Downloaded the @myGP_app after my practice got rid of ask my gp.. can't book appointments or get prescriptions on it but when you call they tell you to use that service.. what's the point if it doesn't work

@alisonleary1 @Trisha_the_doc @keithgrimes If you disconnect, and then reconnect with your new surgery and use NHS login, it cuts out the need to get the online codes etc. from your new surgery - hope that helps.
