YouTube must give creators a clear and specific explanation when they demonized channel. My channel received only a generic message: Violations of the YouTube monetization policies with zero details on which exact policy was violated. According to Article 17 of the Digital Services Act platforms must provide a clear specific and detailed Statement of Reasons including the exact policy violated. According to Article 20 DSA complaints must be handled timely and diligently with qualified staff. @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTube I request a detailed written explanation of what specific policy did my channel violated. Have you escalated this to the dsa coordinator or bundesnetzagentur? On 19 march I received an email that youtube violated 14,17 and 20 acts of DSA, sent them decision, they did not respond. Today they removed my channel, escalated again to the platform control and bundesnetzagentur. Looking for a lawyer, but no responses, or lawyers that accept to review my case not responding. This is so fucked up, but not over

So far, none of my friends who received the same response have been given any information. How long might your investigation take? Our channels have simply been removed for no apparent reason can’t you conduct your investigation more quickly? Why does a post need to reach at least 300,000 views before you restore monetization or reinstate the channel? Why do you only act when there’s public outcry? Bro they unlawfully demonetized my channel, that was decision from officials. Violated 14, 17 and 20 acts of EU’s DSA. 2 weeks ignoring decision and my messages. My watch hours dropped to 3300. If I did not hear from them by the end of next week, I’ll file a lawsuit as my lawyer is working on the documents and ask 150k euros compensation

YouTube took $4,510.59 from me. @TeamYouTube On October 12, 2023, my channel was demonetized. I submitted an appeal, but it was rejected. So I followed the rules and waited 90 days. During those 90 days, I changed NOTHING. Didn’t delete a single video Didn’t edit anything Just kept uploading new content After 90 days, I reapplied… And monetization was restored instantly. No issues. No warnings. No changes required. So I have a question for YouTube: If my channel was actually violating policies, why did those violations disappear after 90 days without a single change? And if there were no real violations in the end, on what basis was monetization disabled in the first place? And the main question: Can this be considered that YouTube simply took my $4,510.59? Or is there another explanation for this situation? If the channel was accepted back without any changes, why does the creator take the loss?
