Passengers on AI314 on 10 & 13 March report similar cancellations citing “operational issues.” Yet the 10 March AI314 still departed. How are passengers removed while the flight continues to operate? @airindia please explain.

My AI314 Delhi–Hong Kong flight on 14 March was cancelled due to “operational issues,” forcing me to rebook at extra cost. Customer Care says the flight isn’t operating, yet it still shows scheduled online. How is this acceptable, @airindia @DGCAIndia?
