@myrocksbox I am confused.I clearly indicitated how inadequate your earrings were and your response is "don't worry about it, we will replace it with something else when you send back the set"....that's what you do anyway!? Not trying to be a Karen but this was lame.

@myrocksbox has the worst customer service ever. If you try to cancel a membership online they ask you to call them. And when you call them nobody answers. #worstcompanyever

@baachristt @myrocksbox I canceled over a month ago. They responded, but took the money anyway out of my daughter's account. And guess what, they did it again a few days ago. Why is it so difficult for them to cancel? this is FRAUD
