@MySamsonite just home from Oxford st repair shop Case on 1 return flight 2 plastic bars on back broken off & damage to the zip. Not to worry it has a 10 year guarantee and I have the receipt 2022 co they sent 2 said 3rd party damage won’t repair it will fray more and so useless

@MySamsonite I bought a Samsonite Re-Lite Spinner 4-Wheel 78cm Expandable Suitcase, Black in @JohnLewisRetail in 2022. It’s been used a handful of times but the zip has become stuck and I can’t use. Can you advise where I can get it fixed please as it was very expensive.

@MySamsonite my bag is in guarantee period & I'v bought it 3 years ago & since then I'v not travelled. It is "D" shaped, I'v complained to Samsonite Australia, they refused to exchange it, stating it must hv been damaged by an airline. Kindly get this issue settled immediately.
