This is sheer negligence. Provide exact location,reason fr delay & final delivery dt immediately or this will be escalated.

@SamsoniteIndia I went to Samsonite store in Quess mall Kolkata. There’s only one product (PRO DLX 6 ROLLING TOTE) which meets my need. The product has manufacturing defects. Three times it got replaced but same problem. Why my money should not be refunded ?
