Have to praise! My 2 year old @SamsoniteIndia luggage got a little crack in a corner.. most probably due to extreme handling by the airline. I went to the showroom and mentioned the date of purchase. They got me a replacement within 2 hours - No questions asked. This is why we pay a premium for this brand. Customer care is top notch. Now they have a loyal customer in me for life.

Bought a premium suitcase from Samsonite for INR 36k, relying on their “lifetime warranty.” The suitcase has now developed a clear quality issue, but the company has refused to repair or replace it, simply calling it “accidental damage.” 1/2 #CustomerExperience #Samsonite

It is pathetic to deal with you. My order status on your website is still showing "in-delivery" even after 7 days of delivery. I believe, unless this status is changed to "delivered" I cannot request for a return!! Also the return window is supposedly 7 days only !!! So technically I cannot request a return. Are you guys running a business or are you running a goonda-giri shop? Friends - Avoid buying from Samsonite India online. They have zero customer focus and their processes are completely broken.

Fraud Samsonite India. Requested for return of the product on17Feb26 n was approved fr pick-up within 3 days. Around 2 months passed , endless follow ups and calls and same no of promises but no outcome. My money is stuck @SamsoniteIndia @jaik2020 Chor Chor Chor @jagograhakjago

On 17 Feb @SamsoniteIndia @jaik2020 you guys said 72 hours, on 6th March again you said 72 hours and on 8th April again you guys are asking for 72 hours. It’s an intent issue, this is a fraud where you never scheduled the pick up. Shame on you
