Another year‘s over and I‘m excited to see how many games I‘ll be finishing this year compared to last year. In 2025 I was able to complete 23 games overall. There are so many games this year that I‘m excited to play (RE9, FF7R on Switch 2 etc)! The 2026 thread starts… now!

Preview 🐉 Full WIP on the p place

Game #6 of 2026: A Little to the Left It was a really cute and cozy experience for in-between longer games. I needed something to just relax a bit and it was genuinely a good experience. Haven‘t played the DLCs yet but I‘ll save them for some other time.

Game #5 of 2026: Resident Evil Requiem I really enjoyed the switch between the RE7-esque gameplay with Grace and the more action-oriented gameplay with Leon. Story and characters were very solid. Some gameplay sections dragged on for a bit but overall amazing!

@JoeMerrick Might be one of my favourite anniversary logo designs since it includes every Pokémon and celebrates them in their own way.

@pwu80d @GuileWinQuote I‘m definitely not disagreeing on the part that it‘s good to be familiar with the OG game. After playing FF7R I went through the original and loved the experience.

@pwu80d @GuileWinQuote On the other hand it might be better to experience a remake before diving into what the original game. I think it really depends on what kind of person you are. Personally, I experienced some games through remakes and only then played the OGs after that.

My biggest issue with FF7R stems from it being a meta sequel billed as a remake causing it to be a lot of ppl's first experience with the story. I can't blame someone for buying one of the most anticpated remakes ever & not realizing it's technically not a remake. lol

Drawpile sketches are going to be posted at a later time due to constant laptop battery shortage issues. Had this laptop for about 6 years now and it’s getting worse, random shutoffs dropping from 100% battery to zero if unplugged (has a shortage which makes it even worse). Always have to keep it plugged in or it shuts off within a few minutes, Crashes art software if too much detail in canvas or if use of fill bucket also crashes software. Just need a new laptop bad, I want to keep outputting art for y’all but this laptop is holding me back. If y’all want to support me on getting a new laptop, I can’t explain how much I appreciate it.
