@Thuranira_1 Alafu maybe your mother remarried before you registered the property in her name. It’s would be considered matrimonial property. Then she dies, you will end up sharing that property with her husband too.

The only problem of registering property in your mother’s name is that, upon her death, the property forms part of her estate, meaning your siblings may legally claim a share of it. Register a Trust and let the Trust own your property.
