@OFLoakfurniture Took a day off work yesterday to receive my new bed after ordering 2 months ago, only to get a text 30 mins into the delivery window to say the mattress wouldn't be coming! What use is a bed without a mattress? Now I've got to sleep on the floor until 9th Nov?

@actionfrauduk Reported a fraud to you in Nov which cost my business £500, never heard anything back. Now had another attempt from the same address, so it seems the culprit is still alive and kicking 6 months later and still operating from the same address. Hugely disappointing!
