@reallyoptimized Easy to test 🙂 my only issue right now is the number of tests I can run on myself at a time 😀

A common misunderstanding about NAD.
Want to raise NAD levels? Inject NAD+, right?
Unfortunately, doesn't work that way. NAD+ is extremely inefficient as it's blocked outside the cell membrane.
If a mitochondrial and cellular benefit is what you are looking for, NMN will be far more effective.
Look at taking 500mg of NMN daily, up to 1G.
NAD+ injections should be viewed more as a temporary nootropic.
💯 fitcap 💯@fitcapbiohacker
Nad+ whos used it what was your experience like? As a man over 35 I feel like this is a compound I could benefit greatly from for mitochondrial enhancement as well as overall energy. Give me some feedback on how it has helped you im basically sold on already from all the research I have done on it but I just hear it from yall as well.
English

@limitlesstack @isaacemoreno7 Very valid point! Now you actually helped me notice that the inital guidance I found did not mention the delivery method at all, that lead me testing 2mg/day. You 4-10x is leading to 200mcg-500mcg range which is what I found in further research and what I'm testing now. Thanks!
English

@n1after40 @isaacemoreno7 2mg subq is way different from oral
that is like 4-10x the equivalent dose

everyone wants 10 more IQ points
good luck with that
instead, get more out of the IQ you already have
pinealon:
enhances neural infrastructure:
- increases dendritic spine density
- increases synaptic connectivity
- enhances communication between neurons
- improves neuronal plasticity
- supports memory formation and recall
better memory.
faster learning.
more fluid thinking.
better pattern recognition.
optimizes brain metabolism:
- increases irisin, an exercise induced neurotrophic molecule
- supports brain energy metabolism, promotes mitochondrial biogenesis
- combats neuroinflammation and supports cellular cleanup and repair
- mimics the neurological benefits of physical activity
more energy available to the brain.
better cognitive endurance.
faster learning and adaptation.
you are reducing the bottlenecks that prevent you from expressing the intelligence you already have.
simply operating closer to your ceiling.
my current protocol:
- 2mg pinealon daily, morning
- 30 days on, 60 days off
- it modulates gene expression
- effects persist beyond the cycle
- no need for year-round dosing
this is the oral brand i use. as far as i know, it's the only properly dosed oral pinealon currently available:

@isaacemoreno7 @limitlesstack I would be very careful with dosage. I’m currently testing 500mcg after suffering side effects with 2mg/day.

Tried 2 mg Pinealon before sleep for 3 nights. Sleep was definitely deeper. But the side effects got strange quickly.

@_9th_Life_ What’s the plan? I have them stocked, didn’t create a plan yet. I have heard one should start with SS-31 first and then move to MOTS-C. What’s your take?
English

@bevel_health Did you folks change model? Or prompts? 🙂 First time I’m seeing em dashes 😈 I would eliminate them if I were you. Too much AI bias going on against em dashes 😊

English

@bevel_health It could be an great if we could import TCX. See context above. Unless you have a different surprise planned to capture Google Health data and bring it into the Apple ecosystem.
English

For those looking for a workaround, you can export TCX from and import it with RunGap apps.apple.com/us/app/rungap-… with that said, it’s a separate in app subscription. So, if you have another way of recording your run, keep using it. I’m curious what @googlehealth would do in the case of duplicate workouts, one auto detected by the app and another one read through Apple Health.

Not surprised by this chart.
For sleep tracking, the new Fitbit Air looks stronger than Apple Watch Ultra 3 in this test.
If you care about sleep stages plus full-day HR/HRV trends, it looks like a solid choice.
Apple Watch is excellent, but background HR is periodic, not truly continuous.
For lifting HR, I’d still use a biceps band or chest strap.

Today has turned out very exciting
1. My Rx sermorelin is here and it states on the vial that it’s manufactured at Olympia pharmaceuticals in the US. It also states that it has nicotinamide which I didn’t know (good thing). Starting this on Monday
2. My Fitbit air that I preordered is also here, so far it seems to be working and I subscribed to the AI coaching (though I don’t need it). A lot of the data takes time to calibrate.
I will post updates on both, stay tuned.

Stripe and Banxa have now been added to checkout. They do not include the extra 4.90% fee that PayPal has.
Please try Banxa or Stripe first. If they don’t work for you, PayPal, cards, and crypto are still available and have been working without issues. 🤝
At the moment I’m still working on the payment providers because I want everything to work as smoothly as possible. I’m also adding some interesting new features to the website.👷
As for COAs, I think ideally we’ll release around 10-14 of them somewhere between June 20 and July 10. I wish I could do them sooner, I wish I could do them sooner, but there are still a few things being finalized behind the scenes.😑
In any case, COAs are only a matter of time.⏳
