For coaches & analysts: thoughts on this project that @n1c is creating? I see it as potentially a way to spot specific patterns that are more easily found using text keywords instead. Ex: If a team throws X smoke and player Y gets control of area Z, will they end A or B?

@n1c @mahone_tv My bad. I didn’t know about Saul’s work. It seems like you built the front end based on his api. I was just describing his work since I didn’t know it was open source. Nevertheless, both very cool projects!

@unadaptiveCSGO At the moment the plan is to have it include all recent pro demos. Though if there's enough interest there isn't a real reason why it couldn't also take uploads.

@n1c will this be something where anybody could put in a demo and expect the same outcome?

@mahone_tv @n1c Definitely easier to find patterns in text. Putting different rounds together in a sheet and using some excel coding, you could decode how teams play different rounds.

@mahone_tv @n1c Definitely be easier if he (@n1c) could make an API that just spits out raw data, easier for an analyst with some programming skill to just compile them into a program that spits out meaningful patterns in terms of charts. If this could be done it'd be pretty OP

@nieldlr It's definitely awkward, strangely it's totally fine when voice chatting with people & gaming (discord + headsets + a visual distraction) seems to make things completely different and a lot more fluid.

Am I the only one that struggles with group calls with friends that just don’t feel natural? Audio picks up all sound & there’s no sense of space. All sound is flat which makes any sound overwhelm the space. This makes conversation feel so stiff.

At some point wanting to create a lazer focussed, high output and profitable company became silly. Why?

@nieldlr I was thinking about this the other day; wondered if you didn't enter a password would you end up subscribed to a newsletter or in a CRM somewhere?

One UX pattern I'm seeing a lot these days is a separate step for email & password entry. Is there a reason for this? Why not just have them on the same step like it's always been?
