The limited character banner has no 50/50, but you can still obtain standard characters before reaching 100 pulls. If you haven't obtained the featured character earlier, you are guaranteed to receive them on the 100th pull. - Can you get the featured character early? Yes. You can obtain the featured character before 100 pulls. However, early pulls can also be standard characters. If you obtain the featured character early, your pity resets to 0. - Does Weapon work the same as a featured character banner? Mostly, yes. The weapon banner follows the same system, but according to the CBT2 rules, there is a chance to lose the 50/50 before pity.
