I am happy to discover that the number of followers on our educational channel has crossed 80K. There was a major slowdown when Middle East hostilities broke out, but, overall, the intellectual curiosity on this channel is unique and growing. Happily, readership has received a big boost when I posted the Symposium "Is Antizionism Racism?"

Buenas noches. Os voy a contar lo que cobra un médico por consulta de las diferentes aseguradoras médicas. Esas que hablan de calidad y excelencia: Aegon: 13,27 CASER: 18,59 DKV: 12,35 HNA: 13,88 MUSA: 19,43 Occident: 13,88 Sanitas: 13,61 U. Madrileña: 11,12 Euros brutos.

no back pain at all, but disabling leg pain. In a 80+ female patient the stenosis is L4/5, predominantly hypertrophy of the flavum but riding over an ankylosed/fixed isthmic spondy. The art is decompression only without destabilisation (not that easy) or would you fuse upfront?
