2 of my students paid a grey hat FB service to get a screen recording of competitors' ad accounts
And they were SHOCKED when they got it back for one reason...
Their competitors were getting a 2-3x higher CPA than them.

But without understanding their

3. COGS
vs. yours
It's impossible to scale the same as them with just the creatives you ripped.

HOW TO BULLY YOUR COMPETITORS ON FB ADS:
If your metrics are decent but you still have a low ROAS, it could be time to bully your competitors
First you need to test bid cap campaigns and find a winning ad
Then PUSH your ads like crazy over the course of 5-7 days
Literally push until you're at break even profit margins - $5-15k a day in spend if you can
Your competitors ads will start performing worse as you bully them
Most marketers will either cut back their ad spend or pause campaigns if they have 3-4 days of bad performance
That's when your ads will start to perform better
I've done this tons of times for brands
From Monday to Thursday we're breaking even, then start seeing decent profit on Friday to Sunday
Try it if you're in this position with your brand
