back at the gym after a long break and that's fine, slow progress is still progress 💖 so blessed to have a coach who keeps pushing me forward and believing in me. you can be thin but you gotta be strong inside bb

My bravest move this year? Took a step back, paused, and asked for professional help to fix my form after feeling stressed not seeing any improvement. A month later, I finally have clearer goals, can do small deadlifts, and have gained 4kg. Small steps are the most important 🥹

i have a friend who’s self made rich-rich. guy goes completely off the radar most days. nobody knows where he physically is. bali? london? dubai? miami? posts next to nothing. then randomly one story appears. a single espresso on a marble counter, receipt in a language you can’t read. or him having tea somewhere in the mountains. then gone again for weeks 😂 meet him in person and he’s in a plain tshirt and slippers. no logo, no watch, nothing. when you’ve actually made it there’s nothing to prove and no one left to impress. lesson in that.

tried mat pilates for the first time today. my core is crying harder than it ever has at the gym.
