@naathanw @BROKENBRITAIN0 @YouGov I would imagine that if anyone is trying to give the impression their party has incredible momentum, they wont publish naff polls they've paid for, and will time them so they are more likely to get a better result.

If Rupert paid for 5 polls, one was 9%, 4 polls were 2- 3%, which poll will Rupert publish?
If Rupert waits until Reform are having a bad news week and pays for a poll, is there more of a chance that Restore will perform better in that poll

Reform were polling 10-15% unprompted with yougov and other pollsters before they started prompting for them
