One of my favorite use case of vibe coding I’ve heard a few times now is a non-technical leader prototyping what they want and then handing it off to engineers. I like the idea that this saves the engineer time as the non-technical leader can go back and forth with AI a few times first to clarify their own thoughts and even play with the prototype to ensure it aligns with what they thought they described.

If you care about reindustrialization and national security, you have to care where the American Worker lives. Housing is infrastructure. Real estate fees are friction. The system is built to extract (not enable) first-time buyers. @zownhomes is flipping that. Michelle Boyd is chief strategy officer for the Terner Center at the University of California, Berkeley, and studies housing startups and fintech innovations. She says the Zown model makes sense for first-time buyers and those doing more straightforward deals.
