@Etsy nearly 4 weeks and Etsy still hasn’t taken my shop off holiday mode. I have contacted Etsy on numerous times with 2 open tickets and many continued emails. They put my shop on holiday mode. Is there an independent body I can contact to complain about Etsy’s behaviour.

@Etsy I am not sure who else I can contact after chasing Etsy support from my shop. Etsy has placed my shop on holiday mode without giving any reason. I have emailed multiple times but have not received any reply. Please could someone from Etsy help to resolve this issue. Thanks
