🎓 Dr. Nadine Bitar Chahine — It still feels surreal to say!
I’m proud and deeply humbled to share that I have officially earned my Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Clermont Business School in France.
My research explored a subject I care deeply about:
“Integrating ESG into Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) for Sustainable Urban Infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.”
The study highlights how embedding environmental, social, and governance principles into urban PPPs can create value beyond financial return—unlocking more resilient, inclusive, and climate-ready infrastructure for our cities.
This milestone was shaped by studying in the UAE, attending intensive residency sessions on the beautiful Clermont campus in France, and balancing a demanding schedule of weekend courses, late-night writing, and the ever-present juggle of work and family life. Every challenge made the reward more meaningful.
I am incredibly thankful to my supervisors, faculty, and peers for their guidance and encouragement, and to my colleagues, friends, and family who stood by me on this journey.
This doctorate is not just a degree—it’s a personal and professional commitment to continue advancing ESG-driven urban development across the MENA region.
Here’s to purpose-driven research, collaborative learning, and the power of resilience. 🌍✍️
