Great upgrade overall, but I’d love to see a few things tightened up so “Signals” doesn’t become an overfitting trap: Backtest realism: default to net returns with configurable fees, slippage, spread, and clear assumptions (data source, timeframe, rebalance rules). Overfitting safeguards: add walk-forward / out-of-sample, parameter stability checks, and an overfitting risk score (plus warnings for excessive curve-fitting). Risk metrics & comparisons: show max drawdown, Sharpe/Sortino, win rate, exposure time, and benchmark vs HODL / simple MA strategies. Transparency & versioning: strategy version history, change logs, and ability to export results/settings for audit. Safe rollout: paper trading mode + staged deployment (small size caps) before live usage.
