This has been the trend in Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra and now Bihar. The answer is simple. They enter the booth and keep pressing the button and keep ticking the votes of people didn’t vote. Total voting percentage goes up after 5 PM, and EVM is loaded with BJP votes. EVM was introduced to prevent ballot stuffing. Now they do EVM stuffing. Simple as that.
