A report from a conscious voter in 116-Bidhannagar (General), Distt North 24-Parganas, polling station FD Community Hall, Booth 2. “I pressed the button. Nothing happened, no light, no sound. Then I called the polling officer. It seemed that the EVM had been switched off which he NOW switched on. I complained to the Presiding Officer. He asked the polling officer who replied he had made a trip to the washroom”. If the polling is found to be unusually low, or some other mala fide is suspected, I recommend a repoll. @ECISVEEP @CEOWestBengal
