The workshop opened up conversation and knowledge sharing with local community members and garbage collectors from majengo community in Kamukunji sub-county and addressed concerns wasted management.

The workshop brought insights from different stakeholders; (waste collectors, members of local community and organizations like @KPCGKenya @Janimpya @YouthAliveKenya @PACJA1 @nairobi_ysd @Ecominds01 into how they can manage their waste even at their capacities.

Diplomats for Health in Resilient Communities recently conducted a community engagement session in Majengo Ward, focusing on waste management. During the session, the community was taught how to turn waste materials into resourceful products, providing them with opportunities to earn a living. This initiative aimed to promote environmental sustainability while empowering residents with practical skills to improve their livelihoods.
