This is Dr. Ishtiaq Ahmed—a radiologist at Ranchi's prestigious Medica Hospital.
He was a topper in both his MBBS and MD examinations at RIMS, Ranchi.
He has been employed at Medica for six years and owns his own clinic in Hazaribagh, as well as a nursing home in Chanho.
During his work at Medica and his own clinic, he maintained an extremely calm, gentle, and decent demeanor.
However, his medical practice was merely a secondary occupation; his primary objective lay elsewhere.
He was the ringleader of an "Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent" module. Operating from a flat in the Jora Talab area of Ranchi, he managed this entire network.
He had traveled to Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, to undergo training in the handling of firearms. What was his ultimate goal?
To transform India into an Islamic nation and establish the rule of a Caliphate.
His network had spread as far as Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Once his team was fully assembled, he intended to declare a "Caliphate," under the banner of which terrorist activities were to be executed across the country.
However, his plot was exposed the moment six individuals were apprehended with weapons in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan; all of them were found to have connections to Jharkhand.
Subsequently, the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) launched raids across the country and took 14 individuals into custody.
This doctor was nabbed right inside his apartment, where authorities recovered various documents, a laptop, and—significantly—an AK-47 assault rifle.
This incident took place a year and a half ago.
So, why am I bringing it up today?
I mention it today because the three individuals—the self-styled "soldiers of the faith" (Deen ke Sipahi)—who are implicated in the rape of an MDS student (namely, Mohammad Danish Khan, Mohammad Fahad Malik, and Mohammad Shadab) are all disciples of this very doctor.
He provided them with training on *how* to groom and ensnare female students and professionals within the medical field. He leveraged his professional standing and influence to establish connections with his juniors, subsequently introducing them to his associates.
Once introduced, these "staunch believers" would set about pursuing their nefarious agenda. Between Sagun—the Nepali girl—and the MDS student, who knows how many other girls have fallen victim to them?
Now that they are in custody, they must be thoroughly interrogated to make them confess. Furthermore, their misdeeds should be exposed in meticulous detail.
