Also SmartThings links to other accounts like bond allow you to use a single app. I got the SmartThings hub for 50 bucks on amazon.

My @smartthings hub went offline (again). Finally heard back from support- the hub reset itself and deleted all my smart devices. This is crazy (and not the first time). I wonder who @samsung decided that this product should be GA. What a piece of junk. Moving on to @TheWinkApp

@WinkSupport I am trying to connect a wink hub that i just bought (used) to my router now for a while. Hub will not connect. Using an iphone 7plus. My phone recognizes hub as a network, won't connect thru the app to add schlage lock. The router is built in to Hughes modem. Hope you can help
