Hi @Zee5India, I recently purchased an annual ZEE5 Premium subscription for ₹1699, which was advertised as supporting 4 devices and 4K streaming. However, after purchasing, my subscription plan now states I can only use it on 2 devices. Could you kindly clarify this discrepancy?

@SwiggyCares @SwiggyCares Your policy doesn’t apply here. I did NOT cancel the order. The delivery failed from Swiggy’s side, not mine. Charging ₹402 for food never delivered is not “cancellation fee” — it’s unfair billing. Please escalate and issue a full refund.
