This level of uncertainty and lack of coordination is extremely inconvenient. If customers are expected to be available all day, the least you can do is respect customers’ time and provide proper tracking, contact details, or slots.

What’s worse there’s no contact number for the pickup agent, and even customer support has no idea who is assigned or when they’ll come. I’ve called customer support many times, and all I got is "wait till 7 pm” with 0 clarity It’s now 7:12 PM and yet pickup hasn’t happened

@Selsmart_ Really frustrating experience with SellSmart today. There’s no option to schedule a specific time for pickup — you can only select the date. Because of this, I’ve been stuck at home the entire day waiting.

How long shall I wait to receive my prepaid order-one month, one year or 10 years. Didn’t expect this THIRD CLASS AND PATHETIC SERVICE from a global brand like SAMSUNG. The only outcome of customer care is to wait forever because I have paid for my order.
