@JeremyFrisch I’d say soccer is one of the few sports where if you don’t dedicate the time early on to master the ball w your feet, by the time your 13 it’s too late
Another Coach: Are you worried other QBs are throwing all winter and your son is playing basketball?
Me: Not one bit. He's on two teams. Hes sprinting, jumping, conditioning dribbling, shooting and passing. Hes finding space and closing space and learning to see the floor. Most importantly he's competing. He's competing hard in practices and in games 3 days a week. He's been in close games, overtime games, he's missed some big shots, he's hit some big shots, turned the ball over at the worst possible time and been beat on defense. He's been abused in games by better kids and he's dominated games. He's been happy, sad, pissed, wanted to quit, change teams and wondered how he could be on 🔥 one day and suck so bad the next. He's made new friends and played with different coaches with different personalities. Hes started games and sat the bench. He's been exposed to so much and learning to navigate all of it.
So no, I'm not worried. We can start throwing in the spring when he'll probably be sick of hoops and ready for a change.

Most forwards miss because they stare at the keeper.
Elite forwards see the corner.
This session is simple. Time the run. Stay onside. Sprint through. First touch? None. First time finish. Far post only. Calm. Like you’re passing the ball into the net.
Goalkeepers move. Space doesn’t. Rewire your eyes.
If you want to score more, stop chasing power and start targeting corners. Save this and train it.

Since the World Cup will have a 26 man roster
Would anyone be against Pochettino bringing in 1 undeserving USMNT 🇺🇸 prospect with a high ceiling just so the player gains experience?
If you are ok with it, which player?
@ass239@sabreaxe Don’t waste your typing on him let me waste him he likes to talk down to people instead of sharing the truth he claims to know that not everyone has
1st century church were full preterists. Why arent you? Why isnt your church/pastor? (i know btw). There is a false Christ. Most of todays (in name only) Christians follow him. They have no clue they've been helping the enemy this whole time. total blindness.
And remember this guy played for a coach who “eats chipotle every single day so he can get back to watching film quickly.” They are mocking people’s intelligence with these charlatans. #Mendoza
Unpopular opinion incoming.
I don’t rank players by nostalgia, trophies, or consensus. I rank them by what actually wins games: decision speed, problem solving, and how defenders panic when they’re isolated.
Pelé isn’t my GOAT. Garrincha changed games in ways numbers can’t capture. Ronaldo Nazário was my favorite ever. And yes, there are two players I still put above R9.
If that bothers you, good. Football conversations should have teeth.
Drop your GOAT in the comments and defend it.

In 1986, kids moved by default.
In 2026, kids have to be given permission, space, and structure just to move.
Back then:
Walked or biked everywhere
Recess was long and unsupervised
Neighborhoods were the playground
Boredom = movement
Now:
Car rides door-to-door
Shortened or lost recess
Screens replace exploration
Movement is “extra,” not assumed
The scary part isn’t that kids don’t want to move — it’s that the environment quietly removed the need to.
Which means:
Athletic development today isn’t about creating better athletes.
It’s about restoring what used to happen naturally.
Or said another way:
Kids haven’t changed. The world around them has — and movement paid the price.
@sabreaxe The issue is you don’t share the real good news you just talk down to people and fail to see the speck in your own eye. Spend your time sharing the real knowledge especially about the phases of age we’re going into
Holy Sh*t: The legendary Michael Irvin goes OFF on players entering the transfer portal because of NIL.
"I had to fight and earn my way to first string. Their families are f**king doomed. They don't know how to fight."
😤😤😤
@sabreaxe Use your platform to educate people on what’s really going on so their eyes can be opened instead of just spewing out the same stuff over and over
We are NOT living in the Last Days. Unlearn the lies 'church' taught you. The Bible wasn't written to you America. You're not in there. Its not about you. Its not about the future. Wake up. Some of you have been following a false Christ and are not even saved. Time to wake!
Before stepping onto the pitch, more and more footballers are using the gym barefoot.
Why?
Because training without shoes improves:
• Foot strength
• Proprioception
• Balance and stability
• Connection with the ground
Sometimes, less equipment means better awareness.
Strong feet, better movement, better football.
Do you already include barefoot work in your routine?
1. Jesus never claimed to be God
2. His prophecy of imminent apocalypse failed
3. The Gospels contradict each other
4. The historical evidence for resurrection is inconclusive
These are the beliefs of my guest, Princeton’s Dale Allison, after a lifetime of study.
These are not uncommon positions among New Testament historians as methods of historical criticism have overturned orthodox belief. What is uncommon here is how Allison has responded to his new beliefs. Whereas most scholars who arrive at these positions become atheist, Allison remains a practicing, devoted christian who follows Jesus. In a way, his religious practice has become even stronger due to these beliefs.
In this interview, you are going to learn how Professor Allison, after much struggle, came to these uncomfortable critical positions and what Christianity means for him now.

More and more football players are using the gym for mobility rather than pure strength work.
Why?
• Better movement quality
• Injury prevention
• Joint health
• Longevity and availability
Strength still matters.
But moving well matters even more.
The modern football gym isn’t just about lifting heavier — it’s about moving better.
Had someone asking me a question about “building an offense” on QBConfidential.com recently & 1 of the easiest things to do is be very multiple from a formation standpoint! This allows you to run same plays for players & yet give the defense a completely different presentation of it!
I’m amazed by offenses at higher levels that can’t figure this out! I would have my favorite plays at least 3 different ways each week - allowing us to play fast & QB to be confidence in read!
Here’s a simply look at a simple play that many teams carry “Stick-Pop” from 8 different formations… and you will realize that everyone’s responsibility is exactly the same on each! So players aren’t learning a whole bunch of different things (although that’s an option when u simply teach your WRs to learn concept & not route), you can keep it simple from that standpoint if you want!
And you can set yourself up for success with man coverage, natural “rubs” or adjustments with a simple movement by a player!
