@TheEmilRisberg Exactly. Quality over quantity always. It doesn’t matter if you have 100k followers but can barely sell to 100 people.

You don't need more followers. What you need is people who are genuinely interested in what you offer. You need to attract true fans.

@OranAITech That’s exactly why the doers, even though less skilled, end up going much further than those who spend their time thinking.

@TheEmilRisberg Heavy emphasis on providing a better client experience. People will naturally lean towards you if you make them feel seen and heard, and get their work done in the best way possible.

@danwilliamsdtg It’s all about the ‘right’ engagement rate, after all. Trying to sell in a completely unrelated market is not going to get you those big sales.

If I had to start over today, here's what I'd do: • Pick a high-income, high-leverage skill • Spend 60 min a day learning about it • Spend 30 min a day sharing on X • Spend 90 min on weekly email • Offer services on this skill • Exceed expectations Lather, rinse, repeat.

“The course business is easy.” There’s definitely harder business models. But if you think it’s easy to: • Become a trusted source of information in your space • Teach a course properly (zero fluff, actual results) • Position it appropriately (because it’s not about what you offer, it’s how they perceive what you offer) • Write a high converting sales page • Write good sales emails • Run launches (exhausting) • Turn it into an evergreen asset You are in for a rough surprise. I’ve seen many people launch courses. I’ve seen few actually do well. You can tell the difference because they stop talking about it and never build another. Just wanna give you a reality check. Any long-term durable business is tough. Execution is everything. Hope this helps, @ItsKieranDrew

@mrbrandonspring That’s a great analogy. Many people fail to grasp the depth of positioning and why it matters so much. You can’t run a business where your customers aren’t even present.

Just learned an invaluable truth: Trust comes from consistency. I launched a newsletter to build deeper connections. This week, I created a system. Tested and gained 2 new subscribers on day one! Great initial signal. Will share more soon. If you're a writer, double down on building your audience.

Quick sales tip: Simplify the buying process for better results. Remove the clutter: • Shorten forms • Eliminate barriers • Cut unnecessary steps The easier you make it, the more likely they'll buy.
