Really excited to share the work I have done with @HaydnKissick over my PhD! In this work we show that CD8 T cell activation and differentiation in cancer happens in two distinct phases. Tweet-orial below summarizes the main findings we have described. cell.com/immunity/fullt…

Turns out CD4 T cells actually are pretty cool 😉 I am entirely biased but think this is one of the best papers on T cell differentiation mechanisms in tumors and am endlessly grateful to get to work on these ideas with my best friends and all the incredible scientists involved

So excited that this is finally out! Everyone check out the incredible work on stem-like CD4 differentiation in cancer. I am honored to have contributed to this project and have learned so much from @Maria_Carden1 @HaydnKissick about CD4 T cells and I think you should too!

Check out our latest paper “Differentiation fate of a stem-like CD4 T cell control immunity to cancer”, led by @Maria_Carden1 now live @Nature tinyurl.com/33d24k89 . This work examines how CD4 T cell differentiation dictates the outcome of the cancer response. Thread below

Extremely grateful to be able to celebrate @rafiahmed_lab 75th birthday this week with all the incredible trainees from past and present. I have been lucky to be a part of this science family and to learn from such incredible scientists during my PhD

So excited this is out! Amazing work looking CD28 signaling in precursor-exhausted CD8 T cells in chronic infection. Excited to continue to work on what signals effect T cells in chronic infections and cancer together
Kamphorst Lab@KamphorstAlice

Happy to share that our story is out! @SciImmunology Our study demonstrates that sustained CD28 signaling, is required to maintain PD-1+ CD8 T cells during chronic antigen stimulation (1/) science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…

Amazing experience on the @AntibuddiesP podcast! Absolutely loved talking about my recent paper with these guys. They had great questions and we had a lot of fun! Listen in if you want to hear about CD8 T cell activation in tumors and what signals promote effector differentiation
Antibuddies Podcast@AntibuddiesP

In our latest Buddisode, we sit down with Dr. Nataliya Prokhnevska (@nataliya_pro_ ) to discuss her work on the fate and role of non-cytotoxic CD8+ T cells found in the tumor-draining lymph nodes of cancer patients. open.spotify.com/episode/4vPrSE…

Watson and Crick were widely believed to have hit on the structure of DNA after stealing data from Rosalind Franklin – but newly-discovered documents suggest a different account of this discovery: nature.com/articles/d4158…

Great paper on combination therapy and the increased migration of tumor-specific CD8 T cells into the tumor. So happy for a fellow Ukrainian T cell immunologist 🇺🇦🧬💪🏼

Excited to share the major part of my PhD work finally published in @NatureComms ! Here we investigated the impact of adding CD122-directed IL-2 complexes to radiation and anti-PD1 therapies, and how this affects the systemic anti-tumor T cell response. disq.us/t/4fovk3p
