Last weekend I had the privilege of joining the Pinball Foundation’s You(th) Lead Conference as a mentor, alongside an inspiring community of leaders committed to supporting the next generation. 🖤 More than 200 students and alumni came together for a day of conversation, connection and honest questions about what comes next in their careers and lives. The energy in the room was incredible. You could feel the ambition, curiosity and thoughtfulness from every corner. One of the things I appreciated most was being able to share the experience with friends and fellow mentors including Anita, Gisela, Rose and Amanda Brugel, along with executives representing more than 50 companies who generously gave their time to guide and support these young leaders. Mentorship has always meant a great deal to me. Moments like this are a powerful reminder that leadership is not just about building successful careers, it is about lifting others as you go. When we create spaces where young people feel seen, supported and encouraged, the impact can last for decades. Thank you to Michael, Diane Clemons and the entire Pinball Foundation team for creating such an important platform for youth to learn, grow and lead. It was truly an inspiring day. #NKClientLove #NextGenLeaders #Leadership #Community

Happy Monday! Proud to share this one 🤍 In August 2026, for the first time in 40 years, Toronto will host the JCC Maccabi Games and we are honoured to be working alongside Toronto JCC Maccabi and co- chair Brian Brown to help bring this extraordinary moment to life 🇨🇦✨ The Maccabi Games are about more than sport. They represent identity, pride, resilience, and belonging. At a time when antisemitism is rising globally, creating spaces where young Jewish athletes can compete, connect, and wear their Magen Davids with confidence feels especially meaningful ✡️🏅 Supporting the Jewish community is deeply personal to me. These Games are about investing in the next generation, building confidence and connection that extend far beyond the competition, and celebrating Jewish pride on a global stage. We are also calling on brands who want to be part of something truly impactful in 2026. If you are looking to align with purpose, community, and legacy, we would love to start the conversation 🤝 More to come as we build toward 2026. #JCCMaccabi #TorontoMaccabi #NKClientLove

A snapshot from this weekend’s @nationalpost Homes section featuring a Q&A with Sierra Communities Managing Partner, Jeffrey Kansun, and One Ten Avenue Road 🗝️✨ The conversation around luxury living in Toronto is evolving. While architecture, interiors, and location will always matter, there is now a growing focus on the experience of living well within a building. Service, hospitality, and the small everyday details are becoming just as important as the spaces themselves. At One Ten Avenue Road, that thinking comes through in the concierge experience, from helping coordinate dinner reservations and wellness appointments to simple touches that make residents feel cared for. To me, this shift toward thoughtful service is an exciting part of where residential living is heading in Toronto and beyond. Proud to support projects that are rethinking what modern residential living can look like. Developer: Sierra Communities Project: One Ten Avenue Road

Welcoming an inspiring new client partner to the NKPR family 🖤 So excited to be working with Jay Klein , founder of @ThePURCompany and the entrepreneur behind the world’s leading aspartame-free gum and mints. Jay is exactly the kind of founder I love working with - visionary, purpose-driven, and deeply committed to giving back. He’s ambitious brand builder and he leads with both heart and intention. His story has come full circle. In 2014, Jay stepped into the Den to pitch PÜR and secured a $1M investment. Today, he’s returned as a Dragon, helping fund and mentor the next generation of founders. What started as a simple idea - gum made without artificial ingredients - has become something remarkable. Last year alone, PÜR sold more than 2 billion pieces of gum, making it the fastest-growing gum brand in North America. Launching today, a new initiative will direct a portion of everyday purchases toward charities chosen by shoppers such @HatzolohToronto and @NCSYCanada (see stories for more). Community impact has always been central to the brand. PÜR proudly supports a range of organizations focused on health, education, and community wellbeing. We love working with founders who lead with vision, generosity, and purpose. Jay is exactly that.

This one feels especially close to home. 🤍🏡 I’m proud to share that we’re working with our client partners Devron Developments and Dorsay Development on the launch of 1 Marlborough, arriving in 2026 in the heart of Rosedale. Located at Yonge and Marlborough, the 13-storey boutique residence restores a 1930s heritage landmark of architectural significance. With just 58 residences ranging from approximately 2,000 to over 8,000 square feet, 1 Marlborough introduces a rare collection of spacious homes designed to be lived in and cherished for generations to come. It’s also incredibly special to see another one of our client partners, Audax.ca, leading the architecture and interior design. Their work is rooted in classical proportion with a deep respect for the site’s history, making them the ideal stewards for this building’s next chapter. Rosedale has always held a special place in my heart. From its tree-lined streets and remarkable architecture to the quiet sense of calm just moments from downtown. It is also home to some of my favourite places in the city, including Smythe, @lepetiteputti and @QuantobastaTO . Working with visionary developers and thoughtful designers to bring projects like this to life, is one of the reasons I love what I do. More to come soon. Last week we had the pleasure of bringing together over 150 guests to celebrate the opening of Galerie De Bellefeuille’s Lunar New Year exhibition, a beautiful evening marking the Year of the Horse 🐎✨ The gallery curated a striking selection of works inspired by the spirit of the new year, featuring artists including David Drebin, David Burdeny, Fabian Jean, and Zhang He Studio 🎨 Seeing these works come to life in the space, surrounded by collectors, creatives, and longtime friends of the gallery, made for a truly special night 🤍 What made the evening even more meaningful was the group of like minded partners who helped bring the experience together. L’Oro presented an exceptional selection of jewellery alongside remarkable timepieces from IWC Schaffhausen and @gucci Jewelry ⌚💎, while KANDL Artistique and @HalpernWine added their own layer of craftsmanship and hospitality to the evening 🥂 These are the kinds of collaborations I love most. When art, design, and exceptional brands come together in one room, it creates something that feels both inspiring and deeply connected to community ✨ Congratulations to the entire Galerie de Bellefeuille team on a beautiful exhibition 🎉 #NKClientLove

Happy International Women’s Month 🤍 This year’s International Women’s Day theme, Give to Gain, resonates deeply with me. When I think about the women who shaped my career, what stands out most is their generosity - the time they shared, the wisdom they offered, and the belief they had in me before I fully had it in myself. Not for recognition. Simply because they believed in lifting others along the way. To me, that’s what giving truly means: mentorship, creating opportunities, and helping the next generation of women step forward to lead meaningfully and with intention. And that same spirit of giving extends beyond mentorship - to our communities, to causes we believe in, and to the world around us. Because when we lead with generosity, the ripple effect is endless. I would love to know, who has inspired you along your journey? 🤍 #InternationalWomensMonth #GiveToGain #WomenInLeadership #MentorshipMatters #IWD2026

Prom, reimagined. ✨ Last week the NKPR office transformed into an exclusive styling suite to celebrate Prom Reimagined with Laura Canada and Melanie Lyne 💫 Our creator friends arrived in the brands’ weekend collection, effortless and polished, then settled in for glam with touch ups by Clinique Canada and hair styling to match the moment 💄✨ The evening continued at Mirvish Productions for & Juliet 🎭, closing out a night that felt nostalgic in the best way. What made it meaningful was not just the fashion, but the reminder that milestone moments can be revisited and redefined at any stage 💖 What I love most is how this collection captures evolution. From casual chic to occasion ready, every piece reflects confidence, versatility, and thoughtful design. Prom may be a memory, but the feeling of getting dressed up and having fun never really leaves you. 🖤 #Prom2026 #LauraCanada #MelanieLyne #NKClientLove

What if the secret to loving where you live isn’t more space, but more vision 🖤 I sat down with my dear friend, interior designer Dimitri Chris, to talk about what truly defines great design. His ability to read a room, honour its architecture, and turn limitations into intention is something special. When it comes to small spaces, he has a rare ability to see possibility where others see limits. Turning constraints into clarity. Creating beauty and function, even within a rental, in a way that feels deeply personal. Because great design isn’t about square footage. It’s about how a space makes you feel. Watch the full conversation and let me know, what makes a place feel like home to you? Dimitri will also be speaking at @corcoranhorizon Design Dialogues this evening for an intimate conversation on maximizing small spaces. If you’re in the area and would like to attend, send us a DM. #NKClientLove #InteriorDesign #TorontoDesign

🚨 NEW CLIENT ALERT 🚨 We’re thrilled to welcome @DrinkAlohi to the NKPR family. 🖤 Founded by Angie Stevens, Alohi is exactly the kind of brand I love working with - founder-led, intentional, and rooted in a clear point of view. There’s something powerful about partnering with female founders. The vision is personal. The commitment runs deep. And the ambition is real. At NKPR, we’ve helped scale and shape some of the most exciting beverage brands in North America - transforming strong concepts into culturally relevant, retail-ready brands with real momentum. That’s the work we’re now doing with Alohi. Born in California 🇺🇸🌅 Alohi was created in response to a shift so many people were already feeling. A low-dose, hemp-infused sparkling beverage crafted with organic botanicals and adaptogens, it offers a modern alternative for today’s social moments and rituals. With three distinct flavour profiles like Mango Passionfruit, Peach Tangerine, and Hibiscus Lemonade. Every detail, from formulation to finish - reflects a brand built with care. We’re focused on building Alohi with strategic clarity - driving digital presence, cultural relevance, and long-term growth across the U.S. Founder-led brands hit different. And we’re just getting started. Cheers to all the sparkle and none of the hangover ✨ #NKClientLove #FemaleFounder #BeverageBranding #ModernSocial #MindfulDrinking

Happy Lunar New Year friends ❤️🧧 2026 is the Year of the Horse. 🐎 A symbol of strength, freedom, and forward movement. Not the kind that rushes, but the kind that knows exactly where it’s going. The Horse reminds us that real momentum comes from clarity. From trusting your instincts. And with that trust comes a sense of freedom. Here’s to a year of purpose, power, and progress 🖤✨ Ps. Thank you @nkpr.inc team for this fun #NKALLBLACKEVERYTHING ai image 🖤🖤 #LunarNewYear

We are thrilled to officially welcome Canto Restaurant to our NKPR  family! 🥂 Set within the historic Old Mill Toronto Hotel, Canto feels like a natural evolution of a space I’ve always loved. Rooted in Toronto’s heritage, surrounded by nature, and thoughtfully reimagined for how we gather today. Especially in the winter, it’s the kind of place that invites you to stay a little longer. ❄️🏰 What truly drew me in was how versatile and intentional the experience feels. Canto works just as beautifully for a relaxed brunch, an intimate dinner, or a celebration worth marking. It’s the kind of place you return to for different reasons, and each time it feels just as special. Led by Chef Franco Ursini, the menu is deeply personal. A reflection of his Puglia roots, brought to life through contemporary Italian cooking and the best local, seasonal ingredients. The wine list deserves a moment too. Thoughtful, Italian-leaning, and curated with the same care you feel throughout the space. 🍷 I’m always drawn to hospitality partners who understand that a great restaurant is about more than the menu. It’s about how it makes you feel. 🍝❤️ #NKClientLove #CantoRestaurant #TorontoEats

Toronto’s skyline is getting a little more Regal 🙊 🏙️ January 2026 marked a major milestone for our city and our industry as @lifetime_dev and @diamondcorp_’s Q Tower officially broke ground. At a moment when housing supply matters more than ever, this project will bring nearly 1,000 new homes to Toronto’s waterfront, helping meet projected condo demand through 2030. 🌆🏠 But this milestone goes beyond residences. Q Tower represents meaningful investment in the city itself, supporting jobs, strengthening the local economy, and contributing hundreds of millions of dollars toward long-term city-building initiatives. 💼📈🏙️ What excites me most is what this moment says about our market. Even in more challenging times, thoughtful, well-designed, community-driven projects are moving ahead. It’s a reminder that Toronto continues to build with purpose, resilience, and vision, and that gives me real optimism about where our city is headed. ✨💡 Moments like this are why I love what we do. We get a front-row seat to the full journey, from early vision to the day a project becomes part of the city’s fabric. Watching something move from concept to concrete never stops feeling significant. These are the moments that shape neighbourhoods, create lasting value, and define Toronto’s future. 🧱➡️🏙️💫 #NKClientLove #TorontoRealEstate #QTower #LifetimeDevelopments

My first substack goes live tomorrow! … I’m so excited! ☺️☺️ I’ve been thinking about this space for a long time. A place for thoughts that benefit from more room, and more meaningful perspective.  NK Confidential is that place. Over the years, I’ve spent my career building brands, shaping narratives, and helping others find their voice. Along the way, I’ve also been paying attention - to what’s changing, what’s resonating, and what people are quietly navigating beneath the surface. In business. In culture. In life. Substack is my way of sharing those observations with a little more room to breathe. Here, you’ll find: - What I’m seeing in PR, media, and culture— in between the headlines - Thoughts on style, identity, and the freedom that comes from knowing who you are.  - Reflections on leadership, relationships, ambition, and timing - And the in-between moments— the ones that don’t always make it into an Instagram post, but matter just as much.  Some moments will be reflective. Some will be practical. Others will simply be things I can’t stop thinking about and suspect you might be feeling too. Subscribe in my linktree above in my bio.  If you’re here for it,  I’m glad you are. 🖤🖤🖤 #NKConfidential #Substack

Some journeys are about so much more than where you’re going. ✈️🖤 To mark the beginning of Black History Month and celebrate 20 years of impact, Pinball foundation took off early this morning on a powerful one-day journey from Toronto to Halifax, tracing the footsteps of Black Canadian history. The trip brought together Foundation scholars, partners, and industry leaders for reflection, learning, and conversation around legacy, access, and what it truly means to create opportunity for the next generation. The impact this Foundation has had over the past two decades speaks volumes. I have such a deep admiration for Michael “Pinball” Clemons and Diane Clemons. For 20 years, they have led with intention, working to break down barriers to education, mentorship, and meaningful career pathways for equity-deserving youth. Today is a reminder that representation and access matter, and that real progress comes from sustained leadership and long-term commitment. A powerful moment from the day: The Pinball Foundation committed a $250,000 donation to The Africville Museum, helping support post-secondary education for five students of Africville descent. Proud to support work that leads with purpose and creates lasting change! This is storytelling with impact. Swipe through a few moments from the day. Grateful to my dear friend @KardinalO for capturing these powerful images, and thank you to @AirCanada and the Alpay Family for supporting such a meaningful experience. 🖤🖤 #NKClientLove #PinballFoundation #BlackHistoryMonth
