One of my favourite signs of spring in the city… 🌸✨ This past weekend, spring officially sprung in @BloorYorkville with @fleursdevilles FLORA. For a few days, the neighbourhood was transformed by stunning floral installations, each bringing creativity, beauty, and flower power to the streets. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Bloor-Yorkville for nearly two decades, and it’s a neighbourhood that has always held a special place in my heart. I’ve called this area home for over 20 years, and watching it evolve into one of Toronto’s most vibrant destinations for fashion, culture, hospitality, and community has been incredibly meaningful to watch. Four years of Adrak Yorkville ✨ I’ve had the privilege of watching Adrak grow into one of the neighbourhood’s most beloved destinations. I hosted a dinner there in its early days, and it was clear from the outset that it would become a standout in Toronto’s dining scene. Just steps from my home, it remains one of my favourite local gems — a place I return to time and time again (and now for lunch also!! Yay!). It’s where friends gather, where connections deepen… and where some truly meaningful friendships first began. Led by the incredibly talented Ambica Jain, Adrak reflects passion, vision, and thoughtful hospitality at every level. Supporting women-led businesses is something I care deeply about, and it’s been inspiring to watch Ambica and her team continue to elevate the experience year after year. From the dishes I loved in those early days to the ones I still order now, every visit feels both familiar and exceptional. It’s #FertilityAwarenessWeek 💚🌿 You all know how much I care about women’s health. Infertility is one of the realities far too many women face, often without enough support or open conversation 🌸 This week is a dedicated moment to break the silence, reduce stigma, and shine a light on the reality that 1 in 6 people are affected by infertility. It’s about education, advocating for equitable access to care, and supporting those navigating the complexities of their fertility journey. 🕊️ I’ve learned so much from my dear friend and our client partner, Dr. Dixon, who is always my first call when it comes to women’s health. What I’ve learned is how much goes unspoken in the fertility journey. Voices like Dr. Dixon and @AnovaFertility are helping to change that, creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered ✨ For me, this is about advocacy. Happy Earth Day! 🌍 “The Earth is what we all have in common.” A simple truth, and one that stays with me. It’s our shared home, our source of life, the foundation for everything, and yet, too often, we fail to treat it with the care it deserves. Through our work, and the people I’ve had the privilege of learning from, including our client partners like @daxdasilva , and individuals like @JaneGoodallInst , I’ve come to understand that caring for the earth is about how we show up, consistently, even in the smallest ways. I’ve seen this come to life in Haiti at the Academy for Peace and Justice with @artistsforpeace . What started as a simple school garden has grown into something much bigger, a project that continues to remind me what meaningful impact looks like. Students and their families grow and harvest food that supports both the school and their homes. Beyond that, it’s a space for learning, responsibility, and a deeper connection to the environment. Change begins with awareness, and the small, intentional choices we make every day, choices that create a better world not just for us, but for every living thing that depends on it. But what drew me in wasn’t just the building, it was the thinking behind it. For so many, owning a home has started to feel out of reach. From a special 1:1 with ELLE Canada magazine (coming soon) to bringing our creator friends along to experience it all fully immersed in “good taste,” it was one of those moments that felt both elevated and genuinely personal. Who’s ready for ⚾⚾⚾ season 🤍 There’s something about this time of year in Toronto. The city shifts, the energy builds, and you’re reminded just how much this game means here. Especially as the @BlueJays step into their 50th year, it feels bigger than ever. After a season that had everyone believing, coming so close, you can feel what’s been building. Moments like that stay with a city. They set the tone for what’s next. And this weekend, that energy feels even more personal. @JoeyBats19 is back in town, celebrating the team and the city he’s always shown up for. From defining some of the most iconic moments in Canadian baseball history to continuing as an ambassador for the game, his belief in what a team can mean to a community has never wavered. Vintage glass is taking over One Ten Avenue Road!! ✨ One of the things I love most about what we do is activating spaces in meaningful ways. Next week brings together two of my favourites, vintage glass and real estate, in a way that feels both intentional and beautifully considered. And yes… everything can be purchased (including a residence 😉) In collaboration with Sean George Pressed Vintage Glass, Sierra Communities have transformed the One Ten Avenue Road presentation centre into a layered installation of antique and pressed glass. It feels less like a showroom and more like a home, where each piece carries its own sense of history and craftsmanship… just like the building. If you love design, this is one to experience. Last weekend I had the privilege of joining the Pinball Foundation’s You(th) Lead Conference as a mentor, alongside an inspiring community of leaders committed to supporting the next generation. 🖤 More than 200 students and alumni came together for a day of conversation, connection and honest questions about what comes next in their careers and lives. The energy in the room was incredible. You could feel the ambition, curiosity and thoughtfulness from every corner. One of the things I appreciated most was being able to share the experience with friends and fellow mentors including Anita, Gisela, Rose and Amanda Brugel, along with executives representing more than 50 companies who generously gave their time to guide and support these young leaders. Mentorship has always meant a great deal to me. Moments like this are a powerful reminder that leadership is not just about building successful careers, it is about lifting others as you go. When we create spaces where young people feel seen, supported and encouraged, the impact can last for decades. Thank you to Michael, Diane Clemons and the entire Pinball Foundation team for creating such an important platform for youth to learn, grow and lead. This one feels especially close to home. 🤍🏡 I’m proud to share that we’re working with our client partners Devron Developments and Dorsay Development on the launch of 1 Marlborough, arriving in 2026 in the heart of Rosedale. Located at Yonge and Marlborough, the 13-storey boutique residence restores a 1930s heritage landmark of architectural significance. With just 58 residences ranging from approximately 2,000 to over 8,000 square feet, 1 Marlborough introduces a rare collection of spacious homes designed to be lived in and cherished for generations to come. It’s also incredibly special to see another one of our client partners, Audax.ca, leading the architecture and interior design. Their work is rooted in classical proportion with a deep respect for the site’s history, making them the ideal stewards for this building’s next chapter. Rosedale has always held a special place in my heart. From its tree-lined streets and remarkable architecture to the quiet sense of calm just moments from downtown. It is also home to some of my favourite places in the city, including Smythe, @lepetiteputti and @QuantobastaTO . Last week we had the pleasure of bringing together over 150 guests to celebrate the opening of Galerie De Bellefeuille’s Lunar New Year exhibition, a beautiful evening marking the Year of the Horse 🐎✨ The gallery curated a striking selection of works inspired by the spirit of the new year, featuring artists including David Drebin, David Burdeny, Fabian Jean, and Zhang He Studio 🎨 Seeing these works come to life in the space, surrounded by collectors, creatives, and longtime friends of the gallery, made for a truly special night 🤍 What made the evening even more meaningful was the group of like minded partners who helped bring the experience together.
