i’ve always loved communities that banded around baby animals. but recently, nothing has called to me quite like $punch. punch has a story of resilience. he was abandoned by his mother, and introduced into the zoo, but he had trouble adjusting and famously tries to stay strong through a monkey plush, who he sees as a parental figure. if you check the hashtag #がんばれパンチ you’ll notice that he has the love and support of so many Japanese fans, who are now flocking to the zoo to see him. and the token community includes multiple Japanese members who are committed to visiting the zoo in-person to donate the fees 🥹 the community has persevered like $punch, through numerous setbacks including a previous team that gave up, and a pumpfun bug that resulted in fees being funnelled to a farmer’s wallet. but now that’s fixed! stay strong $punch 🙈🤍
