@bobbyllew I think it depends on the road sizes and how close everything is. I believe 30 mph is fairly safe for most places, but if its a road lined with cars and there's only a 1 car gap down the middle of the road then it could be lower.

I think a 20mph speed limit in all urban areas is a really good idea. (awaits response)
