I used @cursor_ai for the first time today. Results: my code is a mess, I used a lot of prior dev knowledge to prompt it in the right direction, and I accomplished more this morning on my hobby project than I have in months. 😬

@kauffeem @cursor_ai That’s my exact experience. Did tons of stuff, but only because I could get it out of corners and fix things as I went. For a good developer, radical new capabilities.

63-32. That’s my number. I think the 10% of moderates aren’t represented in ANY polls. (I don’t answer non-contacts) and 10% of people saying they’re voting for trump wont. 30+% will always vote for Trump.

@alexxubyte I like the visualization of the landscape. Is the purpose of the diagram a visualization of the answer as No?

Commuting via train to the Pittsburgh Marathon. The train stops at steel plaza due to construction. Head down fifth and cut through market square to reach bag drop. @PGHMarathon

I started re-reading some of my favorite books a few months back — things that I hadn’t read in years but loved as a young adult and early professional career. Many that were good then still stand the test of time.

My son's 12U travel baseball team is holding a fundraiser for their summer tournaments. If you watch and cheer for March Madness teams (and you want another reason to do so), consider buying a square in their team's March Madness pool: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAI…

To Run My Best Marathon at Age 44, I Had to Outrun My Past | WIRED - not sure what to say here other than I loved this article. What a story about his complex relationship with running. wired.com/story/marathon…

Minor elevation change repeats but steady tempo. Clear cardiac drift. It’s within a normal range, still zone 2. Nice easy run.

Marathon training certainly kicked my mileage up a level, however, the real change happened with quarterly goal setting paired with early morning focus on long, quality runs. I’m on track for 800. #nikerunclub

I stopped adding to these statistics during the summer, however, my running has become waaaay more predictable. I’ll start a new thread soon with updates, but I’m on track for 800 miles this year. How this happened is worth some discussion.

6.5/19.5/31.5/285 - long run on a rainy day. The rain was cooling and it took an otherwise muggy day and made it refreshing to run in the summer.

New year, new running metrics! Same format as last year - day/week/month/year. This year’s mileage goal: 800 miles. 3/3/3/3 - very rainy easy run through the neighborhood. This officially starts my 18 week training plan towards the @PGHMarathon #nikerunclub

@thesamparr Where did this question come from? Are you trying to improve population health? I’d certainly do this if it were available, but it’s not an income option. Is it?

100 miles per week. Could be $240k a year. would be very hard to do injury free but not impossible if run slowly at 10 minute pace. So like 1.5-2 hours a day

@schoolofjuan @waitbutwhy This was my thought as well. Many diseases that could indirectly track you for your entire life — cancer, diabetes — that all of a sudden end your life. Sign me up for the $10M as well.

@PeterZeihan Pittsburgh is smoky. We woke thinking it was fog but the persistent campfire smell and irritated eyes was a quick indication it was pretty bad here.
