I used @cursor_ai for the first time today. Results: my code is a mess, I used a lot of prior dev knowledge to prompt it in the right direction, and I accomplished more this morning on my hobby project than I have in months. 😬

Minor elevation change repeats but steady tempo. Clear cardiac drift. It’s within a normal range, still zone 2. Nice easy run.

Marathon training certainly kicked my mileage up a level, however, the real change happened with quarterly goal setting paired with early morning focus on long, quality runs. I’m on track for 800. #nikerunclub

I stopped adding to these statistics during the summer, however, my running has become waaaay more predictable.
I’ll start a new thread soon with updates, but I’m on track for 800 miles this year. How this happened is worth some discussion.

6.5/19.5/31.5/285 - long run on a rainy day. The rain was cooling and it took an otherwise muggy day and made it refreshing to run in the summer.

@PeterZeihan Pittsburgh is smoky. We woke thinking it was fog but the persistent campfire smell and irritated eyes was a quick indication it was pretty bad here.
