precisely. And we need to do it in a way that is as permission-less, non-custodian as is risk-controlled and highly capital efficient. Another key difference is that we shifted the market beta risk from LP to PMM's collateral. In principle we believe whoever provides pricing should be responsible for the market risk. Credit layer is the way to enforce this risk is managed by and compensated for PMMs, or onchain makers.

Love ur take on our work. Yes we are trying to bring a new type of onchain maker liquidity instead of current AMMs, and its various mutations. We truly believe pricing, parametric or PMM risk-based, should be separated from inventory settlement. So we have a credit-powered PMM pricing system with almost all major wallets and aggregator connection to ensure pricing accessible to users. For inventory management, we borrowed the Lido structure to ensure non-custodian and simplistic design. That is Native V2 now.

Native and our wNLP are not affected by the rsETH incident. We do not have any underlying exposure to rsETH. This issue does not impact the liquidity pool and its LP/Earn users from @BinanceWallet , @buidlpad and Native UI.

Thank you for paying attention to us. We are NOT running any strategy onchain. Our PMMs borrows from us to run their strategy but fully collateralized. We tried our best to charge PMMs for using LP capital but unfortunately those yield fully depends on onchain orderflow. It is totally different source of fees than other subsidized stablecoin issuers. We can’t afford to subsidize but only to provide what we can source from trading fees. This might not be competitive in certain periods but it is a consistent and different yield source. We will try to do better
