The last day of Ramaḍan is always so bittersweet. You’re sad because you’ll miss the version of you that felt high imaan & closeness with Allah swt but also grateful at what He allowed you to experience, the good you did & the hope that you’ve left it better than you entered it.

one thing my single era taught me is that i’m a BIG FAT yapper, i can connect with literally anyone. a single good conversation doesn’t mean much when i can do that with almost anyone. realizing this actually made me think way more clearly about what i want in a future partner instead of romanticizing everything. feelings in the moment are easy. they don’t mean it’s real.
