Atiku's son is a member of the APC and is actively campaigning for Tinubu's reelection. Atiku's state party, the ADC, is in serious crisis and its structure has been hijacked. Atiku's son-in-law has just been picked as the deputy governor of Kano State, which has an APC government. But why exactly is Mallam Nasir El-Rufai not bailable? Are there no bail conditions that can allay any perceived fears? He is not a flight risk because we know he surrendered to the authorities. If similar cases or instances gets bail, why is he being denied?
