While San Diegans are getting crushed by soaring fire insurance, property taxes, and the cost of living, my colleagues approved $20 million in bonuses out of County reserves — all while looking at raising your taxes. They want higher taxes AND huge bonuses. Families are barely hanging on. Seniors are struggling to stay in their homes. And instead of tightening its belt, this Board is spending like nothing is wrong. Meanwhile: • The City is drowning in a deficit. • The State is buried in debt. • The County had to bail out the City after last year’s floods. This is what irresponsible spending looks like — and now they want taxpayers to pay for it. The County should be funding public safety, safe streets, and paved roads… not draining reserves for bonuses. We do not need new taxes. We do not need to squeeze working families even more. Public beware: Don’t give this Board another dollar until they get their priorities straight.

@financedystop Franchise oil garages have made it way too convenient. I can drive up, wait in my car and 10-15 minutes later leave with an oil change and air filter. Dealerships want an appointment or your car for 4 hours

People still buy their cars from dealerships, but almost no one is servicing them at dealerships now.

Josh Faraimo had two huge catches on the final drive of the game he converted a 4&8 and then had a big catch which put the Dons at the 2 Yard line and an eventual Touchdown run by Honor Faalave to win the game .

@MrHueHempner @Daygofootball Agreed. LCC could have kicked the extra point and tied MH, going into OT, but they chose to go for 2. The score shows a one point loss, but the game showed a precious offense who moved the ball with ease (as seen vs Carlsbad)

@Daygofootball If LCC doesn’t get in after smashing Carlsbad at their place and losing by 1 point on the road to mission hills the system is broken. Need a human element added. Also possibly 8 teams get in the open.

Scrimmage Day tomorrow!

Last Friday without Football 🏈

Back out on the field for my 3rd season with @caiman_football and the defensive line. It’s really exciting to see the growth and development of these young men over those years. Really got a group of kids you just enjoy being around. Makes coaching them all the better
