Try to avoid this term, which is vague and often used as jargon by police and others. Instead, be specific about what happened. That includes later references.

Pretty excited about this one: new, open access at ERIS, @FrancesSawyer33 and I looked at how the carbon sequestration tax credit (45Q) might behave for US fossil power under profit maximization vs cost minimization. TL;DR we could spend a huge amount of money to /increase/ GHGs
