Biden's new Budget Proposal does all of the following: - Expands the child tax credit to where it was when it helped lift 2.9 MILLION children out of poverty. - Provides Paid family and medical leave. - Provides Universal free preschool nationwide. So in other words, all things that will help families and children in America, and it's paid for by taxing billionaires a little bit more and slightly raising taxes on those earning over $400,000 per year. But Republicans don't want to help families.  They want to help corporations, it appears.
