@virginactiveSA pls train Vodaworld staff about the new app. Got a guest pass &QR code from the new app & when I got there the two ladies at reception told me I should be asking them bcs it’s only them who have rights to give guest passes. Why have that option in the app then?

@virginactiveSA Virgin Active Carlswald’s bikes are a nightmare .Since last year we were promised by a Virgin Active SA new bikes this year but nothing is happening.Why is it that other Virgin gyms have good equipment it is it that Carlswald is black dominated?

@ncoza @VuHlazo @Sir_Gaba @virginactiveSA Centurion ,Ecopark,Sunninghill,Watergall,etc also got new bikes but Carlswald keeps getting old second hand bikes year after year it unacceptable .We are treated as a trash bin where all the junk equipment from other VA gym gets to be dumped at .

There's always something wrong with Carlswald virgin active equipment. So many people turn back from classes because they don't have bikes.. Even the one in Boulders is so ghetto, there is barely enough free weights.

@VuHlazo @Sir_Gaba @virginactiveSA I got hurt twice last year due to this hazardous bikes .i sustained an injury both times which i complained ,we ended getting the so called temporary second hand bikes.Months later the new replacement bikes are no where .What is the real deal that Carlswald not get proper bikes ?
