@Virgin I would like to know when the new bikes will be delivered at the Virgin active in Carlswald so I can be able to go back to our spinning classes.You have promised to replace the hazardous bikes we have been begging for over two years to be replaced .

@Virgin 2 years later we still don’t have safe bikes for our classes even after we lodged so many complaints to you and the Virgin Active Carlswald club . The bikes are a hazard to us ,awe have experienced multiple injuries due to those bikes ,when will this problem be resolved

Can @FNBSA escalate my issue with @TelkomZA .I recharged my router on the 10th July with the R699 Unlimited LTE for 31 days from my fnb app. My router is still not credited because @TelkomZA says they did not receive that payment ,on my account it shows the payment went through

@TelkomSa42425 I spoke to a consultant at your boulders store yesterday and he said it is an issue that you are resolving and he had said that by yesterday it would have been resolved but it’s still not resolved even today .What exactly is the issue with LTE recharges

@Officialvodacom May I ask ,a call for 3 seconds is R29 ?cause that’s the call we made after the recharge on the 30th December which didn’t go through cause your operator said we don’t have enough airtime while I had just recharged

@virginactiveSA Virgin Active Carlswald’s bikes are a nightmare .Since last year we were promised by a Virgin Active SA new bikes this year but nothing is happening.Why is it that other Virgin gyms have good equipment it is it that Carlswald is black dominated?
