This week will be our first 'Screen-Free Friday Afternoon'. Encouraging pupils and families to learn and complete activities without the need or electronic devices.

Tomorrow is the beginning of Children's Mental Health Week. The theme this year is Express Yourself. We will be joining a virtual assembly tomorrow morning, then discussing and carrying out activities in relation to mental health throughout the week.

Another fabulous day of learning in Year 4. Great attitudes demonstrated by pupils both at home and in school. Special thanks to all the parents and carers for the fantastic support you are providing your children in these challenging times.

It was fantastic seeing so many pupils attending live sessions today whilst our key worker children were in school. Thanks for all your brilliance, patience and participation. Hope to see even more of you tomorrow!

Knowsley Council has confirmed that it will step in & fund free school meals during the forthcoming October half term & Christmas breaks. This follows the Government's confirmation that it would not be extending its funding for free school meals. orlo.uk/FsYgx
