@KetoPortuguese 100% pure powdered sucralose is my go to. However, for baking and browning, you can't beat allulose.

For the record, I like erythritol ok but I rarely use it. Maybe for a special occasion cheesecake. Overdoing it causes a stomachache so I stay away from it. My current go-to is sucralose & I’m not a fan of stevia. I’d like to look more into allulose. What do you think of it?

funny how my armpits haven’t had a rash since i switched to natural deodorant and stopped shaving (occasional wax now). the ingredients in regular deodorant are toxic to our skin how are they legal ?

@nctami72 I did - my elder son was less impressed as he was (unfairly) expecting a Portuguese style pastel de nata - clearly this wasn't sweet enough and no pastry.
