Hello @virginmedia is there an outage in the Manchester area customers should be aware of? I haven’t had wifi since 4am this morning.

@virginmedia is there a know issue with the WiFi in Salford? For the last 12 hours we’ve had no broadband, TV or heating (because our hive thermostat is linked to the wifi). I cannot seem to get any information from your website. This seems to happen every few months!
