Dear ndeko, j’apprécie beaucoup le souci que vous portez pour la jeunesse congolaise.🙏🏾 Les compétences pratiques sont en effet très importantes et l’apprentissage de certains métiers peuvent être porteurs ds la création d’opportunités pour les jeunes mais, les diplômes ne sont pas négligeables yaya. Les américains tant attendus observent des normes/standards en entreprises qui nécessitent des certifications/brevets/diplômes et s’attendront à une main d’œuvre qui pourra les observer. Au lieu d’oublier le français, ajoutons l’anglais! être polyglotte est un réel atout compétitif sur le marché de l’emploi, surtout ds 1pays avec un taux de chômage aussi élevé que le nôtre pr anticiper. Les formations vocationnelles à travers les instituts techniques et professionnels doivent être portées par le secteur public et privé. Les jeunes manquent juste les moyens et les orientations pour se former parfois et c’est triste.🙏🏾
