Last year we started every practice with ‘Gratefulness’. Each player quickly named something or someone they were grateful for. This season… GROWTH and SERVICE ! Each player must mention an area of growth or a person they have helped recently. Hopefully, by focusing on PERSONAL GROWTH AND HELPING OTHERS….selfishness and narcissism will lose.
