I see so many posts all over social media platforms about speaking your truth, and if you lose people it's alignment & meant to be. I agree wholeheartedly that some endings are God's protection for our hearts, and for His plan for our lives. But the truth is, how we speak our truth is what matters most. For our heart & the other person/people. Wether we think they deserve it or not, is irrelevant. Speaking our truth, boundries & goodbyes should be done with grace, assertiveness, honesty & consideration. What the other person does with that is out of our control. But for our heart it will always be the mature & kind way to speak our truth, our boundries, our goodbyes; and in turn will empower us.🕊🙏🏼Otherwise it's just a selfish, ego filled, reactive & defensive, "all about me" delivery. Only temporary gratification & a false feeling of empowerment for our ego, not our soul.🤍✨️🌻🫒🕊🙏🏼
