@_IJK__ @Udoh_D They are not very stratergic.. If not because of oil they would be the most marginalised.. It ia common sense that nobody beat the hands that feed..even at that if took the suppport of SE for them to get their 13% derivative.

@Udoh_D Politically, the south-south is very strategic and also finds itself in the centre some way.

Funny thing is, the South-South won’t just beat the South-East to the Senate Presidency for 8 years—they’ll beat them to the Vice Presidency in 2031 as well. Obi will end up accumulating serial presidential run losses—leaving his supporters with one less talking point against Atiku.
IKECHUKWU@iykimo

Akpabio has shutdown Onwa ambition to be Senate President immediately with today's amendment. It's the turn of the SOUTH to produce Senate President in 2027 in APC but South South has already schemed South East out Again, there's no POLITICAL SOUTH! BLOCKHEADS won't listen

@JoysSparkle @Sikowitz17 Yeah. Poverty sustains life on hope yet erodes it with despair; affluence fills life with comfort yet hollows it through boredom.

So Edeoga only settled for the House of Representatives. How the mighty have fallen. Hon Chijioke Edeoga the former Labour Party governorship candidate is the APC consensus candidate for Isi Uzo/Enugu East federal house of representatives membership.

Some Nigerians from South West Nigeria still cannot understand that you can serve in government and bow out after your time. They believe you must stay in power, and keep pulling the strings even for those who come after you. “Baba Sope” no be slang. Na their culture & creed!

@neckobi If as an adult you actually believed the reason PO gave in his tweet for leaving ADC was true, then I'm sorry, I can't help you Even a toddler knows that was a lie and a sign of desperation That doesn't make PO an evil or wicked individual, it is what it is. He is a politician

Shame no dey catch una.. Using flyover to campaign in 2026.
Danbadan@MaheGarba

@NGRPresident You can’t claim what you didn’t build. The Dan Agundi Flyover is a Kano State project. If the Federal Government has projects in Kano, they should showcase them—not repackage others’ work.

@AbasiUdoid48502 @mrlurvy Its not a sophisticated arrangement. You think BAT and Buharin coalition was special..No it wasnt There was already grievance from the north..even if BAT took it he would have lost also.. We always forget to put context in our anacdotes.

@mrlurvy Obi and Atiku were hoping to play the 2015 coalition card but they are both too desperate for such a sophisticated arrangement.

One day, we will have to tell ourselves the hard truth. How often do we talk about the role Atiku has played in weakening the opposition? Time and again, his approach to opposition politics has raised questions, especially choosing to run for presidency again after 8 years of a Northerner Before then let us be pilling the blame on Peter Obi. An innocent Southerner who just want to run because its the turn of his region.

Harnessing Youth Potential Through Sport. I followed the recent celebrity boxing match where Carter Efe emerged victorious over the reigning champion, Portable. I congratulate the winner on his determination and commend both participants for embracing the spirit of sportsmanship. Such healthy competition, grounded in respect and fairness, is a culture we must consciously imbibe as a nation, especially in a time when unity and mutual respect are greatly needed. It is worthy to note that what began as light-hearted entertainment is rapidly evolving into a platform that commands widespread attention, particularly among young Nigerians. Beyond the rings, it reflects the energy, creativity, and resilience of our youth. More importantly, it has the capacity to discover and nurture talents who, with the right support and structure, could become the Anthony Joshuas of the future, placing Nigeria firmly on the global sporting map. It is therefore important that we look more deeply into such events. With deliberate investment, proper regulation, and institutional backing, this emerging space can be transformed into a viable industry - one that creates employment, instills discipline, and channels youthful energy into productive ventures. In doing so, we not only entertain, but also empower, building pathways for sustainable national development. A new is POssible. -PO
