I'd like to share a little tip: if you see a cat that's all matted and dirty-looking, it means the poor thing is dehydrated, okay? Because normally, cats lick themselves clean all the time. If it's got that old, grimy matted look like this, it means they haven't had any water to drink at all and just let themselves get filthy. Please keep this in mind, thanks!
